About Me

For me, it is important to create a space that feels nurturing where my clients can feel seen and heard and explore their feelings and life experiences. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. My passions in therapy are anxiety, trauma, depression, sexual wellness care, and grief and loss.

My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and commitment to understanding your unique mental health journey. Everyone's needs are different and I value using various interventions that are tailored to each client and their needs. Together, I want to help you find clarity, healing, and growth while feeling valued and empowered.

I understand that change is scary, and going to therapy can be a big step. Just remember that you are capable of doing hard things, and I’m here to support you with warmth and encouragement each step of the way. If you’re ready to start this journey together, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
