About Me
Hello, I am happy you made your way here! I am first and foremost a
counselor who shows up with authenticity, warmth, and a bit of humor.
I love helping people through life changes and supporting you in your personal growth. Life is hard; I am here to support you in better connecting to yourself and others. I aim to create a space of deep trust where you feel safe to be or become your full self.
As a queer, non-binary person with ADHD, I am passionate about
supporting these communities. I enjoy working with all types of people, ages 15+, especially those who are queer, nb, and or trans. Because of my personal experience with chronic pain, invisible disability, spiritual abuse, and high control groups/cults, I love helping people through these life experiences as well. I am happy to support you through depression, anxiety, in finding more purpose, or through periods of transformation. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and solution focused. I am honored to hear your story and be a supportive person in your life. I am trauma informed, non-judgmental, and body and fat positive.
I love animals, flowers, colors, and helping you thrive.
