About Me
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, struggling with self-esteem, healing from difficult experiences, or feeling disconnected from yourself. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are seeking a compassionate, grounded space where their experiences are met with curiosity and care—not judgment.
My goal is to help you better understand the thoughts, emotions, and protective patterns that shape your daily life while supporting you in building a stronger connection with yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, develop practical tools for coping and emotional regulation, and create meaningful steps toward greater confidence, self-compassion, and well-being.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches to help clients understand the different “parts” of themselves that emerge during stress, anxiety, conflict, or emotional distress. We’ll work together to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward changes that align with your values.
I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults as they navigate identity development, relationships, self-esteem, and major life transitions. I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment where you can explore your experiences, identity, grief, faith transitions, relationships, and personal growth at your own pace.
