About Me
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer support you? Maybe
you’re navigating a life transition, struggling with self-esteem, or noticing old wounds
resurfacing. I work with children, teens, and adults who are seeking a grounded, compassionate
space where their experiences are met with curiosity — not judgment. My goal is to help you
make sense of the internal reactions and protective patterns shaping your day-to-day life, and to
support you in moving toward a more connected, confident, and regulated version of yourself.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I integrate Internal Family
Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based
perspectives to help clients understand the “parts” of themselves that show up in stress, anxiety,
or conflict, while clarifying the values that guide healing. Together, we build emotional regulation
skills, grounding tools, and practical strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change.
Navigating your inner world — and the world around you — can feel complex, especially if you
haven’t always had spaces where your feelings were met with care. I am committed to creating
an inclusive, affirming environment where you can explore identity, grief, faith transitions,
relationships, and personal growth at your own pace. You do not have to navigate this alone.
