Hello! I am a queer therapist specializing in LGBTQ+ wellbeing. I also work with people
navigating multicultural identities, chronic pain, depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis.
My gentle, interactive approach centers the unique experiences and strengths of the adults and
teens I work with. In our time together, we may explore patterns, get creative, set meaningful
goals, or experiment with new skills. I do not believe my role is to have all the answers. Instead,
I hope to offer a supportive space as a witness and guide.
Together, we can build towards the life you want to be living and a sense of home within
yourself.
