About Me
I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment while feeling challenged and encouraged to grow.
I specialize in treating eating disorders across the lifespan, including anorexia, ARFID, binge eating disorder, compulsive exercise, body dysmorphia, and disordered eating. I also have specialized training in family-based therapy for eating disorders, helping families become an active source of support throughout the recovery process.
In addition to eating disorders, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns. I work with children (ages 10+), adolescents, and adults, tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
My therapeutic style is both empathetic and direct. I believe in meeting clients where they are while providing honest feedback, practical tools, and unwavering support. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic interventions to help clients build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and create lasting change.
Recovery is not about perfection—it's about building a life that feels meaningful, connected, and authentic. Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, healing from trauma, or struggling with anxiety or depression, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and lasting recovery.
