About Me

I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your whole self—messy parts, complicated

feelings, sense of humor and all. My style is warm, down-to-earth, curious, and often sprinkled with

humor. Therapy can involve hard things, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy every minute.

I work with teens and adults ages 16–65, with a particular focus on trauma, ADHD, faith deconstruction and religious trauma, and navigating life transitions. I’m also a proud LGBTQIA+ ally and strive to create a space where people of all identities, backgrounds, and beliefs feel genuinely welcomed and accepted.

I believe that many of the things we struggle with today make a lot more sense when we understand

where they came from. The ways we learned to cope, protect ourselves, and navigate relationships

often developed for very good reasons—even when those same patterns aren’t working so well for us anymore.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients get curious about the different parts of themselves

rather than judging or trying to get rid of them. Together, we can explore what those parts have been

trying to do for you, where old patterns began, and what you might need now instead.

You won’t find a blank-faced therapist nodding from across the room in my office. I’m engaged, genuine, and human. I’ll laugh with you, sit with you in the hard stuff, gently challenge you when it’s helpful, and help you make connections between where you’ve been and where you want to go.

Whether you’re trying to understand yourself better, untangle the impact of your past, figure out who

you are after a major change, or simply feel more at home in your own life, you don’t have to have it all

figured out before you walk through the door. We can start wherever you are.
