About Me

I am passionate about supporting people in navigating identity exploration, trauma, grief, unmasking, burnout, inner child exploration, relationships and relationship styles, perfectionism and overfunctioning, boundary work, self-compassion and deconstructing shame. People I work with tend to be queer, trans, neurodivergent, disabled, chronically ill, caretakers, experiencing poverty or homelessness, activists or doing social justice work. If you don’t see yourself on this list but still believe we could be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out!

My approach to therapy is strongly rooted in anti-oppressive, culturally-responsive frameworks that center disability justice and harm reduction. We exist under systems like capitalism and white supremacy that actively attempt to traumatize and isolate us, and recognizing how these systems of oppression may impact your sense of self and your relationships can be an important part of healing. My therapeutic style is relational, collaborative, and curious. Rather than assuming there is one right way to heal, I work with you to identify and define your own goals, needs, and expectations for your healing. Modalities I draw from include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as approaches informed by parts work, narrative therapy, humanistic therapy, and attachment.

I am a white, neurodivergent and genderqueer clinician. I know what it is like to be on the other side of the chair, and I strongly value the vulnerability and trust involved in seeking therapy. My aim is to co-create a space where you feel safe enough to explore your healing on your own terms.
