I have a passion working with youth and young adults, especially those that identify as LGBTQ+ so clients within these categories would be my ideal client. I have availability for clients ages 12 through 29. I want to help clients work through depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, gender dysphoria, identity confusion, and trauma to improve their lives. I incorporate coping skills in sessions to help clients succeed. I enjoy doing art or games with clients to help them feel more comfortable in session. I strongly believe having a therapeutic relationship can improve your life. I can provide EMDR and animal assisted therapy with my dogs. I can also write WPATH letters for gender affirming care. I currently accept Aetna, Optum-United and UMR, Providence, PacificSource, and OHP CareOregon/Healthshare and Trillium/HealthNet. I have applied to be able to bill Regence and will be able to accept those within the next 1-3 months. It is an option to pay flat rate until I can accept your insurance.
