Certificate of Approval (COA) and CLSS from OHA
Autumn Counseling Services holds a COA from Oregon Health Authority signifying that we meet Oregon standards to provide outpatient mental health services. This is a certification that not many counseling organizations have.
Oregon Health Authority has also approved us as a Culturally and Linguistically Specific Services organization for specializing in providing care to the LGBTQIA+ community

All of our clinicians accept OHP CareOregon/Healthshare (including Providence OHP, Legacy Health Pacific Source OHP, Kaiser Foundation OHP, and OHSU Health OHP), Jackson Care Connect, Columbia Pacific, Open Card, and Trillium. If you have a different kind of OHP not listed, please reach out as we may be able to get approval.
All of our clinicians (unless they are interns which is noted in the bio) also accept BCBS, Aetna, Providence, and PacificSource Commercial.

We also offer out of pocket sessions, see fees listed below. We are able to provide superbills as requested.
