Oregon Health Plan is accepted at Autumn Counseling

All of our clinicians accept OHP CareOregon/Healthshare (including Providence OHP, Legacy Health Pacific Source OHP, Kaiser Foundation OHP, and OHSU Health OHP), Open Card, Jackson Care Connect, Columbia Pacific, and Trillium. If you have a different kind of OHP not listed, please reach out.

Haleigh is our only provider to accept commercial insurances. In addition to OHP she also accepts the following:
