About Me
My therapeutic approach is relational with a focus on connection, resilience, and meeting you where you are at. I strive to build a space where you can reconnect with your authentic selves to live a life you love. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to come alongside you to explore your inner wisdom.
I work with ages 14 and up, and am passionate about helping to explore your identities, and work to build your most fulfilling life while navigating any and all challenges. I have experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and relationship challenges. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities and tailor our work to your unique needs, goals, experiences, and ways of exploring meaning. My work is centered in harm reduction and an anti-oppressive lens, acknowledging the systemic trauma inflicted on us impacts our ability to live our best lives.
My call to this work has arisen from my experience navigating the world as a neurodivergent and queer person. Understanding the impacts of societal expectations and systemic barriers has helped me to understand the complex journey to healing. I look forward to working alongside you.
