About Me

I believe that lived experience can make a huge difference in therapy. As someone who has personal experience being on the other side of the chair, I am ready to collaboratively build a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and understood. My therapy practice is strength-based, person-centered, and deeply intertwined with anti-oppressive practices and disability justice. I strive to create a space that is friendly and accessible for all, encouraging art and fidgeting during sessions.

I understand the way the world around us deeply impacts our realities and bring that into our sessions. My work focuses on harm reduction, supporting you in your wants and needs, working towards what you define as progress, rather than perfection. I am here to support you in all aspects of life, whether that is talk therapy, navigating disability, finding and applying to resources, or just having a space where you can unmask and be yourself.

I have experience working with a variety of populations including trans, queer, neurodivergent, disabled, chronically ill, and non-speaking people of all ages. As a queer, non-binary, disabled, neurodivergent person, I know what it is like to live in this day and age. Over the years, I have supported caregivers, polyamorous individuals, social justice advocates, people experiencing homelessness, disabled and chronically ill folks, and those who are survivors of crime. I have long-term experience working with people with disabilities, helping folks navigate life while living in a society that is built against them. At the end of the day, I believe therapy is a collaborative process where people should feel safe to be themselves, unmask, heal in the way they see fit, and understand they are not alone.
